[Resolved] Samsung dvd writer — Not working DVD writer | |||
Dear Sir I had purchased Samsung computer along with DVD writer ( Superwriter -Speed plus) from Classic Computer's on 27th July 2011, I had paid INR 24000.00 for my computer, but DVD writer is not working still now and i can't do any writing of dvd or cd's. The samsung company cheated me, please contact me early as possible and change the DVD writer and fix the new one for company credibility. I am awaiting for valuable feed back from Samsung Company. Samsung dvd writer — does not return product
Hai sirmy name is narahari. I am studying M.C.A. I am buy the samsung lcd moniter and dvd writer. But in one year the dvd writer comes a problem.I give it in vijayawada service station on[protected].but today onwards my product is not returned.what is this service.I cal many times in vijayawada and hydrabad service stations they give very very irregular answer.I hate your service. I did a mistake that is purchad your product. in service station anybody don't give answer.I am a student . if you loss one student automaticallly loss 10 studentds. I tell this issue my friends and doen't buy the samsung product, this finel.what is this any product is stayed in 3 months. my workorder is 801209.
and model is SH-S202J/IDBH.I tahke final decision don't take samsung product in my future because 1000 Rs is stayed in service station is 3 months if 10000 Rs product stayed 3 years

Samsung dvd writer — Dealer Provided Faulty DVD Writer. Same day I have to call for a Service.
Today 30th September 2009, I have purchased a New SAMSUNG DVD writer for my PC from a dealer Top-N-Town, 10, Akash Deep Complex, P.L.Sharma Road, Meerut. He did't checked the product and assured me this is samsung product which is not required to check. I installed the writer but it was not working, even not reading DVD's & CDsI went back to dealer & asked him to replace the product but he did't listen to me and directed me discourteously for a Samsung Service Center. At Service Center there was no any service engineer available. However the helped me to sort out the problem, they checked the card. They can call me tomorrow or after 15 days. But this Bad for SAMSUNG. I will not purchase samsung product in future. The Samsung dealer is not listening, the service center is working as collection center. The Samsung customers care is also helpless.

Samsung DVD — not working
Dear,i had taken DVD from Samsung, But it is not working propely, i had register Complaint in BPO ref no:[protected] but no postive response from thier side. and again again they are giving same answer that your DVD is OK.
i had gone to samsung website to lodge a complaint but they website is not working from past 3-4 days.
