Issue - Rear Camera not working
Action- more than 3 times mobile has gone to service center. they have changed motherboard, camera etc. but still problem is not resolved.
They are not accepting it as product defect rather than saying it's because of installation of corrupted software but I have made a video of mobile running in safe mode and showing camera is not working (in safe mode only hardware runs) . it clearly shows that there is issue with Mobile handset. I have lost some of my precious moments with my life, family so i am feeling mentally harassed now i want compensation from Samsung.
