[Resolved] Samsung — Faulty LED | |||
Dear Sir I have bought a samsung LED worth Rs 55000 and facing the problem in screen of te LED since when I have purchased. The screen has been replaced by company in warranty period 3 monhs back and same problem has come again. As per their customer care executive we have to pay Rs 26000 to get it replaced now. Since the same problem has come again within three months, I are challenging the qualiy of product and not being attended by company. Please look ino the the matter.
