[Resolved] Samsung — Fraud in selling of Smart phone | |||
I bought a Smart Phone name Samsung Galaxy Ace duos 6802 on 25/12/2012 and the mobile is not working properly at all. As the phone is a dual sim phone but it does not support both the sim. when sim 1 work then sim 2 stops working and when sim 2 works then sim 1 stops working. Further its battery backup is very bad. It works only 5-6 hours. Its hardly 2 months passed from the day i purchased the mobile. When i we went to the seller of this handset, he told us that he is not responsible for it. I tried at the samsung service centers in Delhi & Noida to resolve my problem, but they people told me that they do not accept the mobile phones and also all of them referred another service centers and i am not able to resolve my problem till yet.
