[Resolved]  Samsung Fridge — FRIDGE NOT GETTING COLD

OUR FRIDGE IS NOT WORKING FOR THE PAST 5 DAYS AND WE HAVE GIVEN COMPLAINT ON 27.1.11, MORNING. THE COMPLAINT NUMBER IS [protected]. THEY PROMISED THAT IT WILL BE ATTENDED WITHIN 12 HOURS BUT TILL NOW NO RESPONSE. WE ARE HAVING CHILD MEDICINE IN THE FRIDGE AND EVERYTHING GOT DAMAGED ALONG WITH FOOD ITEMS.

I TELEPHONED MORE THAN 15 TIMES AND EVERY TIME THEY SAY THAT ENGINEER WILL BE ATTN ENDING SHORTLY.
