I have registred my complaint no [protected] IN THE NAME OF MY WIFE RITA MEHTA on11th-09 july at 13.30, your engg Mr Chauhan visited on13th july -09 at 19.00 as per your engg that refrigertor compresser not working, in this conditition freez will go to workshop.On 14th july-09climax inida manimajra (your auth workshop ) lifted for repair against ESMS claim No [protected]dt 14th july at 20.00 pm
since 14th july till now i have doing phone calls to you(on ph-[protected] ) and also at climax india from my phone(spoken to MS sunita, superviser Mr. Shidharth etc . they have given std ans. that checking is going on but sudenly on18th july Mr, Vijay Kumar sharma of Climax India said we are not having COMPRESSER IN STOCK AS SOON AS WE RECIVE WE WILL DO REPAIR.
TILL NOW ( 15.30 PM THEY HAVE NOT RECIVED THE COMPRESSER)
PL DO THE NEED FULL ON URGENT BASSIS FOR REPAIR .
