Samsung Fridge — Poor after sales services

i had lodged a complaint regarding faulty Samsung fridge on 12.12.2011, no. [protected] with samsung call centre and it was promised that the mechanic will attend within 24 hrs


no one attended for 2-3 days and after lot of chasing up on 14.12.2011 someone turned up and left saying some part was faulty and he will return soon with it


he did not come on that day or the next day. today somebody called up to tell that they did not have the part and will come when they get it


Samsung should not sell products which they cannot give after sales service and only selling products especially household consumer products will not sustain them long


for the last 7 days we are unable to keep anything such as milk in the fridge as it gets spoiled
how do you thing a household with 5-6 people be able to manage without a fridge when it has become such a essential part of the kitchen


very poor show samsung


hope the issue will be resolved soon
