I have purchased Samsung Galaxy Ace mobile phone on 22nd October 2011, the next when I was using the mobile I found that the mobile is having some fault with LCD screen, as I found the issue with outgoing and incoming calls because the screen is was blacking out. So I visited the showroom and they are saying that all the android application will be like this, Sangeetha mobiles karkhana. Again after some days I have given complaints to the call center, they guide me to go to the service center and I visited the service center 3 times with the same problem they are just doing software update and giving the mobile again the 4th time also same problem. I have discussed the issue with shravan and he told that if the problem is big we will replace them mobile, but he is not responding and also he told me to meet kamal service manager secunderabad but every time I go he will also not respond and meet me. This is very bad behavior of the service center personal.
I suggest please don’t but Samsung products because I have already faced the same issue with my Samsung air-condition. Please don’t follow these big advertisements of Samsung I feel all Samsung products are like this. Was this information helpful? |
