I purchased a Samsung galaxy note II smart phone from snehanjali retail pvt.lmt on 26 may 2013. I purchased with offer of 15% cash back using SBI credit card. I converted it to 6 EMI. Its been told that by 25th July my credit card account will get 15 % cash back. I have not yet received 15% cash back. I have been visit snehanjali retail pvt.ltd store at kandivali west to inform this issue

it is exactly the same issue with, me where i have failed to get any reply .

SBI is saying they never offered any such Offer, though major websites have the same stated in their contents.

have you been able to get any response form anywhere ?
