Samsung Galaxy Note — Non-replacement of device | |||
I purchased a Samsung Galaxy Note from Croma, Mumbai with great expectations but my excitement soon turned into disappointment. My phone crashed and refused to start within 3 days from date of purchase. Further disappointment with Samsung's refusal to replace the defective piece. In spite of repeated follow up with Samsung, I have not been assured of any definite answer and I don't want a repaired phone. Was this information helpful? | |||
