[Resolved] Samsung Galaxy S Plus — Horrible Samsung Service - Pathetic | |||
Bought a Samsung smartphone (GT-I9001) early June 2012. Due to some issue in the phone the apps would not download. I called the Samsung Service number and my god they are horrible. Spoke to people who dint even know how to speak in English, spoke to Rajesh (Supervisor) and god they are soooo dum and horrible. Instead of analysing the problem, they would just say "Just reset your phone and it will work" or "just go to our service centre". Then why the hell are they there on the phone?????? to tell the customer to go the service centre????? the customer is that dum??????. I guess they dont even know what that means, they just read it out from the lines of answers they should tell when customer calls. Very bad service and horrible experience. I have been a smartphone user for a very long time and this time Indian Samsung Service has diappointed me to the core. Was this information helpful? | |||
