It is very disappointing to bring to your notice that my device got a deep scratch on the glass screen with a fall from just half a feet. In a device where I have invested Rs. 31000 and knowing Samsung's reputation, it was least expected that a phone glass (which as per Samsung guidelines has Shockwave feature and gorilla glass) developing a scratch on the screen from just half a feet fall. Before purchasing Samsung Galaxy S2, I was informed through Samsung website and promotional team that this device is indeed a durable one. So to have a deep scratch on the glass screen from just a minor fall is really disappointing and against your promotional stance.
