Samsung Galaxy S2 — Samsung Galaxy S2 Mobile not Functioning | |||
Dear Sir/Madam I had purchased a Samsung Galaxy S2 mobile in October 2011. I am presently facing a problem as the phone got switched off and is not working. I visited the Service Centre and was informed that the PBA is not working and will cost Rs. 9442 to replace, despite being within the warranty period. Further, even on requesting to show any possible liquid damage indication in the phone, the service centre was unable to do so. I am having an issue with Samsung not repairing the phone unless I pay such a huge amount for the replacement. This is especially so as the phone did not stop wroking due to my negligence such as getting it wet/dropping it and more importantly, is within the warranty period. Details of phone: Purchased from Croma Invoice number SLF02A[protected] Date 22/10/2011 Request you to take up the repairs for this mobile by honouring the warranty provided by your company.
