Samsung Galaxy Tab P1000 — Galaxy Tab gone dead and samsung wont replace it after a long period | |||
Myself zakir hussain raza from nagpur maharashtra india. I have galaxy tab purchased in jan 2011, and it was gone dead automatically since last two months. I complained to the service center, the service personal told me to drop the piece and it takes a week to be repaired, I dropped my set on 7 march 2011 now after a long period of nearly two months the service center told me it takes on more week and as per of my old experience they always miss guide me and when I argue with them they missbehaves what a service yaar I spend my 32000 on this set bur now i feel that samsung cheated me. The service center give it back to me after two months without imei on 30/3/11 and i dropped it again on 16/4/11 with work order no. 1654 and no responce from service center till now.
One thing i want to ask from samsung that they provide 1 yr warranty on their cellphones but as per of above detail my tab was engaged on their service center sice last two months, would samsung extend my warranty period or return me the cash or give me any other new sets?
