[Resolved] Samsung — rude behaviour of customer care representative and delay in mobile phone repairing | |||
I had bought a samsung mobile on B3410 on 13/01/2010. The phone used to get switched off on it's own. Then i visited the samsung service center BIR ELECTRONICS, G.S ROAD, CHRISTIANBASTI, GHY-5. The representative over there said that it would take two days for repairing the mobile. After two days i went there and collected my mobile. After using my mobile for two hours, the problem continues. when i went back again to the service centre the service representative name ARIF was quite arrogant in talking with me... He didn't have any manners to talk.. Then when i asked when is my mobile going to be repaired, he was quite rude towards me. i can never tolerate this kind o[censored]ncivilised behaviour of a customer care person.
