I HAVE DEPOSITED OUR HARD DISKS AT SERVICE CENTRE FOR A LONG TIME BUT NO REPLECEMENT IS GIVEN BY SERVICE CENTRE TILL TODAY
IF SERVICE CENTRE CANT SOLVE THE PROBLEM . THEN GIVE ANOTHER SERVICE CENTRE WHO CAN SOLVE THE PROBLEM WITH IN TIME .

i submitted my hard disk for replacement at your authorised service centre at jabalpur (HEMANSHU TRADERS) on 16/01/2010. They assured to replace it within 15-20 days but till date replacement is not received.
kindly do the needfull since exam of my children are started.

SAMSUNG/HARD DISC — Replacement
i have already posted my complaint about the replacement of my hard disc under warranty submitted to Hemanshu Traders at janalpur the authorised service centre on 16/01/2010 but the replecement is still awaited.My kids are facing a lot of problems without computer due to their final exam time.
i had a hope that lodging the complaint through your sight my case will be taken care of but till date no replacement or reply is received.
please give me mobile/phone if any samsung service center in kerala, india
