The above was purchased from Smile Stores Kanpur vide Invoice No. 7774 dated 18.11.2011 for Rs.5,400. In the month of February, 2013, the treatment at the bottom of the oven starting chipping and completely chipped off. A complaint was lodged to your Service Centre Kanpur through Smile Stores in the month of March, 2013. Thereupon one of your men from Kanpur Service Centre attended to the complaint and informed that the damaged part cannot be replaced and he informed that I shall be refunded the cost of the oven by deducting about Rs.1200 of the total value by the Company. He also informed that he shall give the requisite forms to be filled up and submitted by me to the Service Centre. Right from March till date I have been following up with the Smile Stores and the Kanpur Service Centre but to no avail. In the meantime in July, 2013 when your Manager from Lucknow Office was on tour to Smile Store to whom I contacted, he took a photo of the Invoice and said that my work will be done within a week and that I shall not be required to wait any further and send any reminder. Now today it is 13th September but there is no response from any quarter. If this is the customer service the Company is providing to its cumstomers, I will have to think twice to go in for any product of the Company any more in future.
