dear sir/ mam my name is vikash yadav i bought a mobile phone of SAMSUNG from SPICE HOT SPOT on 25/10/2011. the name of the handset is GT- I9003 the problem is that the phone got a hanging problem by the second day means( 26/10/2011). I i went to hot spot center witch is in YUSUF SARAY NEW DELHI on27/10/2011. They told me that don't worry we will issue a DOA code and give u a new handset. but after 2 days they call me and told me sorry sir its a software problem only so that we cant give u a new handset u need to go to the SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER and they also give e the wrong address after facing so many problems i summited my phone in SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTER WITCH IS IN KALKA JI on 02/11/2011. Now they are telling me that its a hardware problem. when i tell them that the hot spot employees were telling me that if they will found a hardwere problem then they will change your handset.then they told me that yes sir we could issue a new phone but with in 4 days. and i called so many times at SAMSUNG CONTACT CENTER they also pick the call they did not give me the wright solution they just tell me every day sir u will recive a call from our side but i did not get any call from samsung now i am very farustated by samsung services pls help me i follow all the steps witch they told me after that also i am faceing this same problem.
