Submitted my CRT monitor to service centre at Kukkarni colony, Near Canada corner, Nashik INDIA on June 11th, 2008 for faulty display. Contacted the centre 14 times over telephone and once visited in person. The treatment meeted out by the service engineers was, to put in decent words, ARROGANT and UNPROFESSIONAL. Collected the monitor in person on July 2nd, 2008 but found the fault to be more aggreviated instead of it being solved. All this has happened when the product is under warrenty. Details of my product - Model no. KS15ARVGQ/XTP SL.NO.-AR15HHAP909907R JOB NO.-1860 DATE OF PURCHASE-SEPT, 2007 STATUS-Display problem. I still have faith in Samsung for its quality products, but due to attitude problems of some concerned staff, I am being put to a lot of mental harresment and inconvenience.
