I bought Samsung Galaxy Tab 2 on 25th December 2012. Since the very first day it keeps on hanging while making calls and playing games, I took it to the Samsung store from where I bought it. They told me that it’s new that’s the reason just keep on using it for next some time and it will be fine. Now just after two months on 26th February 2013, when I woke up one evening there was a battery symbol on its screen and it was not working even the touch was not working. I tried to shut it down many times but of no use.
Next day I took it to Samsung store; they gave me address of some service centre. I went there, they checked it and told me it will take 8-9 days to make it running fine or if you want to make it fine right now you have to go to third service centre ,then I went to third service centre.
The executive told me it will take only 5 minutes to diagnose the Tab and after around 90 minutes, they inform me that I have some kind of water log problem in it. I asked how is it possible ?
Then there technician told me that complete mother board is corrupted because there was water in there since last 4-5 months. I said how is it possible I bought this only 2 months ago. I even didn’t unwrapped the outer polythene and all. I asked them to get me to there manager.
The manger was not even interested listening to me; he was treating me and other s as piece of . I asked for his visiting card so that I can inform this to their supervisors , but he said he don’t have any visiting card. God knows he was a manager or not. I asked for his email address as well, he denied that as well.
Then I mail regarding all this to Samsung CEO help desk many times. They used to call me. I have to repeat the things to them many times. But of no use. I am working professional and I don’t have that much time to follow them and all. I have a lots of important personal and professional stuff in that Tab but all goes to vain.
I asked them to refund my complete amount to me. They just keeps on calling me and trying to pacify me that’s it. Nothing else.
Please help me and take some strict steps towards this. I suffered a lot because of all this and please ask them to compensate all these.
I would never ever think of samsung in my life again. Consider this a case of forgery, cheat, deception, miss commitment etc.
