[Resolved] Samsung Lcd 32 C530 — Malfunctioning | |||
Sir, I had bought a Samsung LCD 32 inch TV of the model C530 which costed me Rs 34,500.00. It was only given a warranty period of 1year.Just after the one year period it malfunctioned (fluctuating lines on the LCD display screen) without no reason or lightning struck or any of that cause.I had called up the service center people and they had the TV looked up and now Im said it will take approx 13,0000Rs for its service.Hardly 1.5 years and i half to pay half the price of the TV.Even a pen drive which costs only 180Rs is given a replacement warranty of 3-5years.and for a TV priced 34.5k JUST 1YEAR ??? Sir i humbly request you to do the needful for me.i at least require free service or get my TV replaced.Hope you can help me with this problem asap.
