[Resolved] Samsung / Lcd Monitor — SAMSUNG LCD MONITOR : WORST SERVICE AND RESPONSE BY SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE | |
I purchased a 19 inches lcd monitor on january 2008... six months back i found some display problem in my monitor... And right then i filed a complaint about that...Around 10 technicians have come to my home so far and none of them resolved my problem... And finally i was asked to bring the monitor to the nearest service centre... Two months before i went there with my monitor and they kept my monitor with them for 5 days... After that, i phoned them and they told the display board is defective and it needs to be replaced... They asked me to wait for 20 days to receive a new display board... I did wait... That board didnt match my monitor...So i was asked to wait another 20 days for another new board...But the same result... So finally they promised me to replace mine with a new one and they told, for that i need to wait for 20 days... I waited for a month for replacement but no call received regarding that... So i phoned them and now they telling The replacement approval is declined and they askin me to wait for another 7 days for a new board... I have totally lost all my faith on them... My warranty period is still alive... So kindly turn your attention towards this case and solve it ASAP... The Details are:::: My complaint number is BP NO: [protected]... SAMSUNG 19" LCD Monitor — SAMSUNG IS WORST
hi, we had purchased ONE 19" SAMSUNG MONITOR ( 923 NW) 18 months back. The product has 3 years warranty, and the product is well within the warranty period as of today. In the month of September 2010 the said product started giving problems & one day it was not powering ON and stopped working. As as result we booked a complaint with SAMSUNG customer Care ( CASE ID =[protected]). We did the follow up almost every 10 days to see the progress. Every time we call the CC , we would get the feedback as " Your Complaint is forwarded to Local Service Provider & Engg. will visit your site in 48 HRS", but unfortunately no one turned up till now. We are extremely disappointed with the after sales service of SAMSUNG , and such a Lazy & Careless response is not at all expected from market leaders.Kindly see if anything can be done ASAP.
