Samsung / Lcd Monitor — monitor not working | |||
I had purchased a computor for domestic use with 17" lcd monitor of samsung on[protected] . the said monitor have three years warranty which is ending on 14-11-11.we have registered a complaint no[protected] on 1-11-11at samsung service centre.A man came today at 1-00 p.m in compliance of complaint but his visit was not satisfactory.because he did nothing,and the problem is existing. samsung/LCD Monitor — small brake at corner side
Hi this is srinivas,I brought my LCD at the cost of 9200,but there is a problem with my LCD.The problem is a small damage(Brake) at corner on below right side,this was happened at last year.The customer care said that the repair charges is 7000,now what is the solution for it...there is any chance to exchange ..Thanks in advance
