Dear All, This with regards to Samsung India Service & Contact Centre. I purchased a New LCD television on Friday 16th, I do understand that due to Diwali service centre will be closed for a day, but giving wrong information from service centre is really irritating. I called almost 6-7 times on Friday to help telephone call for when can I have the LCD installation but there was no one to call back for same, this the Samsung Customer Service. I was told that before 2030hrs Friday this would be sorted out & it’s been escalated, but no response this is Samsung Customer Service. On Friday aging I called up at 1950hrs my phone was just on wait till 2000hrs and then it gets disconnected and the IVR says our office close now and our office timings are ….. This is Samsung India Customer Service and contact centre. . Today 19th Oct 09 I called up Samsung India they are giving me service centre number to contact Mr. Kishore and no. given by the Contact Centre Employee is incorrect, this the Samsung India Updated. The other number given, there no one answers the same. This all has now made very tough to have trust on Samsung India. I promise to send this email in possible news papers and magazines and people can what is Samsung India. The Worst Company and contact Centre is SAMSUNG INDIA. dear viral i know this is the problem. i lso had faced problems for its installation. and its installation has happend on 21st instead of 19th october... nd there is a problem in the lcd speaker from the 27 october. i called the service centre on oct 28th to lodgwe the complaint they said that the technician is busy at the moment and will call u in 2 hrs. there was no reply for the same. then i called them back they said that he will cum by 29th in the morning.but he dint cum. i callede back they gave me some technicians number. his name was jayshree yadav. the technician was also rude. he was the technician of some other area. i called again and now they hav told me that he will cum by evening... first of alll the lcd has to go under repairing within 10 days of installation. and 2nd no service provided. this is the worst company. i want to request everyone to never buy samsung again. it is the worst company. i am surely to type this email at every site and paper wherever possibe

I have order for 32 inch, Full HD 1080P, Series 5 LCD TV to the delar. The Model which i get is LA32 B530 P7RLXL. The stickers which are pasted in the left side panel of LCD are showing the feature which i order to the delar. but in the lower pannel of my LCD i found that it is written that HD Ready, and SRS (TurSurround HD) digital. I visited many shop of Samsung for its conformation that is it Series 5 or easel different. Many of the delars are saying that the Samsung LCD which is provided by the seller is not the one which i order, i god the older Series that is series 4 instead of Series 5. So please confirmed the model by sending your Engineers???
