Subject: complain against the company(Samsung TV) for not repairing. Ref : mail to support.[protected]@samsung.com Sat, 21 Aug 2010 19:52:38 IST and Tue,24 Aug 2010 Dear Sir, I bought LCD on 25/8/2009. Now a days there is problem fond, no picture shown. Hereby I complained to the company(Samsung TV) on 11/08/2010 for that,BP no. is [protected], till dated should not solve the probleme accodingly.Please help me to solve the probleme. Thanking You. Bought Samsung LCD Model LA32B530 from Snehanjali Retail Pvt Ltd Andheri (W) on 26.05.2010.
Problem of TV started on 11.08.2010 Complaint registered on tollfree number. No problem solved upto 3 rd September 2010 i.e. today either part is not available or will come shortly.
Request for replacement of TV and extension of Warranty since for one month TV was not used at all.
