Samsung Lcd Tv — Not accepting the warranty claim | |||
I had purchased Samsung LCD TV on 27/7/12 and its panel got faulty on 1/08/12. I lodged complaint with customer care and it took almost 1 month to rectify the problem. Again same problem recurred on 11/10/12. Now company service center is telling TV is not under warranty. After producing the bill also they are not ready to accept the warranty claim Was this information helpful? | |||
