Samsung Lcd — we compaint it on 18th June with complaint No.[protected], | |||
Dear Sir, I have purchased SAMSUNG LCD TV 32" Model No.A32A450 on 17/10/2008. It stopped working on 17th June 2012 and we compaint it on 18th June with complain No.[protected], on the same day the engineer visited and informed that one circuit is completely failed and need to replace. He at the same time kept request for the new circuit and informed that it is not available in Ahmedabad and will be arranged from the head office godown and it may take 2-3 days to come. After that it has been 6 days we have not got our TV repaired, nobody came with part for repairing the same. When we are calling in customer care, they are not able to give proper answer that what is the exect status of our part, when it will come and when our TV will get repaired. We want to complain regarding this that we want our TV repaired immediately, this much time is too much to wait for. We request you to look into the matter and do the needful to get our TV repaired. We cannot accept that company like SAMSUNG takes this much of time for repairing and giving good service. We hope it will be better to bring to your kind attention for getting the problem solved fast. Hoping for your fast action and expceting the best service. Thanks.
