[Resolved] Samsung Led Monitor — Fault Repair | |||
I bought a LED monitor on 13-Feb-12 in Kolkata (West Bengal, INDIA), from 11-May-12 “NO DISPLAY”. I tried calling your customer care no.[protected] continuously for 3-4 days then I finally was able to lodge a complain on 15-May-12. I doubt, how many people can wait for so many days to lodge a complain (Complain No.: [protected]). On 16-May-12 local mechanic visited my place and said “PANEL” needs to be replaced. Today, it’s 28-May-12 and still no sign of getting my LED fixed. Today, when I called local service center, they said, still 10-12 days may take, that too “NO GUARANTEE”. Even after 10-12 days, SAMSUNG guys can’t keep the TAT and don’t know what to do? Better if parts is not available with SAMSUNG, pls replace it. For making more profit, SAMSUNG is procuring from CHINA but not able keep up with the QUALITY. Was this information helpful? | |||
