EVERY TIME I WANT TO CHECK THE STATUS OF MY COMPLAINT REF NO [protected] DATED 27 OCT 2012, I AM BEING TOLD THAT I WOULD BE GET A CALL BACK FROM COMPANY WITHIN TWO HOURS. THE SAME "TWO HOURS" HAS NOT COME YET. I NOTICED FAULT IN THE LED MONITOR (LS22B150NS/XL) THE VERY SAME DAY OF PURCHASE.
