Samsung - Led — LINES ACROSS THE SCREEN | |||
33 inch LED was purchased on 4th Nov 2011 from Ernakulam. The same was installed at my new renovated house on 4th Jan 2012. With in 45 days the complaint started - Lines across the Screen The same was reported the Dealer. His service engineer called and heard the complaint. No response after that The complaint was given to your service center as per Reg No.[protected]. The person promised that the complaint will be met with in 12 hours 4 Days over. If the system not replaced with in 48 hours, I will lodge Complaint in OMBUDSMAN & KERALA CONSUMER COURT. REQUEST YOU TO BEHAVE WITH BUSINESS / SERVICE MENTALITY.
