This is to say that i bought a samsung t.v on november 2011.this t.v was brought through my best
friend who came rm abroad.at that time i did not received the bill and the warranty card.through on line i informed this
matter to the customer service dept.at malaysia.due to this information they registered my name to proof my purchase.
Now my t.v technical proplem in appear
lines and whiten the screen.i immedialty imformed tothe customer service centre in malasiya. by email.i got the reply in that
they asked me to handover for repair to a service centre here. i did so. the technical officer to a service centre told that me
t.v'fanel fold is gone.you willhave to spent lot of money.therefore i cannot fford this amount of money.this should be repaird
by the samsung product companey.
i bought this t.v becuse of their advertisment, it is said samsung company's product is good
and genunine.mow it is worse also nobodey repair this.so the company should take theresponsiblety to repair this t.v. if not
i will have to publish this through the papper repoter and by th face book.finally i will file cause for my lost in the cousummer
court to refund to me by the samsung t.v company.expecting your early reply.

This is to say that brought a samsung t.v on 11nth november 2011.Number of TV is 2 nos., One is my own & another one is My brother. That my TV was technical proplem in appear lines and whiten the screen in 9 month from date of purchase, i immedialty imformed to the customer service centre informed this matter to the customer service dept.at Chennai .due to this information they registered my name to proof my purchase, This problem arise with in the Warranty period, so that TV purchase amount should be re-impress that amount credited in my account, we are very happy and satisfy. But Now my brother t.v was Same technical proplem in appear lines and whiten the screen.and also i immedialty imformed to the customer service centre in Chennai. by Toll free number by phone.i got the reply in that service centre, they said your TV problem in Panel board is gone, on that stage of warranty time was expire (ie 13 the month )in one month passed, so they asked me the technical officer to a service centre told me TV panel Board is gone.you will have to spent lot of money.therefore i cannot effort this amount of money.that should be repairs by the samsung product company.i bought this t.v because of their advertisements, it is said samsung company's product is good and also our Home electronic products are also all are Sam sung only, and genuine.Now it is worse also nobody repair this.so the company should take the responsiblety to repair this t.v. if not i will have to publish this through the paper reporter finally i will file cause for my lost in the consumer court to refund to me by the samsung t.v company or rectify that problem .expecting your early reply.
