[Resolved]  Samsung LED TV — Samsung TV manufacturing defect

QUALITY OF SAMSUNG LED TV IS VERY POOR. I have purchased a Samsung 40” LED TV on 14/04/2012 from Viveks Adyar for Rs. 58000. The model no. is VA40D5500 and the serial no. is 2001 3ZNC200681B. We found black shade on the screen of this LED TV after three months from purchase date and we given the compliant to you on around Oct./Nov. 2012. I requested you to re-place the entire TV that time itself but you re-placed only the screen. We found the same compliant (black shade on the screen) again on May 2013 and we given the compliant to you again on 13/09/2013. I received a quotation from you for Rs. 24532 to re-place the TV screen again which is around 43% of the total TV cost. I am not serviced the TV due to high service cost, better i may purchase some other GOOD BRANDED TV Instead of servicing Samsung TV. I AM FEELING VERY BAD
