Sir many time I called to customer service number but the response is bad .I called to customer support on 17.04.2014 and my complain number is [protected] and no one had come to service. Next I tried on 05.05.201 and complaint number was given as [protected] and I called on 14.04.14 and complai numer is [protected] and no resporesponse till now and I request you to take proper action on it.

Dear Sir,
I am extremely unhappy with a split Samsung air conditioner that I purchased 2 years back. the airconditioner has been giving problem since the very first month.
1. The remote control stops working which was replaced
2. the gas in the unit leaked
3. Other problem that we were told was because of the way it was installed( installation was completed by the company professional).
In april this year the unit broke down and we contacted them few times where they came and said the compressor was damaged and needed to be replaced. Luckily for me, I found the receipt and warranty card which said compressor was under warranty for 5 year. They company technician said there will be someone from Samsung who will come and pick up the machine and replace the compressor as it is under warranty. Since then we have had nightmare with the whole thing.
The technician took the unit and then called us in 2 days time advising that we need to replace the other things which will cost us 9500.00 rupees and they will not just change the compressor. the compresor will be replaced only if we get the other things done. if we do not agree to their term they will then send the unit to us and we will be charged 750.00 rupees for transport and on the fact that work was not carried on with them and will also not replace the compressor. I personally feel this is cheating a customer. Secondly, we were told they are not Samsung employees but someone whom Samsung uses as agents.
All this information was not provided to us at the time when we spoke to Samsung team(helpline).
This is extremely frustrating and we are keen to take this up with Samsung management and will like to know how do we go about this and if we can get any assistance.As of today they want 80% of the bill paid in advance even before commencing work.
Everday we get to hear something new from them which we did not know.

I bought a brand new a/c from Bajaj Electronics, Hyderabad, invoice no: MAL/CR14/72600 on 27/February/2015. I was out of station these many days and when I started using my a/c there was no cooling at all. I lodged a service call with Samsung support ([protected]). As per the customer support executive the issue was supposed to get resolved within 24 hours. But that never happened. After calling almost 12-15 times Samsung sent his technician and cleared that there was gas leakage problem. I am shocked to hear that as it was brand new one and not even used for more than 3 days. From the last 3 days I am repeatedly tried calling Samsung guys to fix it.
I am pissed off with this and I request Samsung team to take back the unit and refund me the amount.
THIS IS THE SECOND EXPERIENCE FOR ME WITH SAMSUNG.

Purchased Samsung split AC Invoice No. JPRI 00608 dated 26.03.2015 billed by VALUEPLUS Retail Pvt Ltd 69/376 VT Road Choraha Mansarovar Jaipur. This AC is not cooling. On complaint one representative of the company came and wrongly informed supply problem. I got it checked from a private an electrician who charged 500/- and confirmed that there is no supply issue but the problem lies with AC only. On our insistence an engineer was sent by the company who changed relay and AC started working.
After five days again the AC is not cooling at all. I request the company to change the plant or refund me the amount paid by me.
