[Resolved]  Samsung M620 — mobile hanging & automatic switch off

samsung m 620 mobile — very poor service

i purchased a mobile m 620 before 2 months. it gets off after 10 mintues itself. i go to service centre. they said that take it tomorrow in good condition. but aftr three days they said that take it after 20 days we will send it to delhi for software problem.
why so much harrashment to me when i paid them full amount.
no stand by set is given, will it remain off and is it possible to leave for a month without mobile as it is company's problem

i m facing same problems with a samsung mobile-vergin combination of wroth 2200.

I m from Anvantika,Rohini sec-1 new delhi 85 i gave my my cell phone in wazirpur cutomer care center
they told me that they will give me my money my phone is in varenty period,
sixth moth have gone but they did not give my money

please sir take some action for them

i hav purchased the samsung-M620 mobile on[protected].
my phone was alredy suffering vd slow processing problems.most of the times it used 2 get hang.finally on the verge of 1 year use my phone had some software problem.the system was permanently hanged.i submitted it to d shop "ishan communicatio",malancha road,kharagpur-721301 on[protected] from where i purchased.but still i din get my phone set rectified.sir i would be glad enough i[censored] kindly look into dis.
my phone's IMI no. is 355806/02/710800/1.
