hi, i m Mitu Das from new delhi i purched 2 no. product of SAMSUNG DIGITAL PLAZA 4, Vasant Vihar, new delhi-57 address
my 2 product is samsung MAX 650 T MINI COMPO DVD 2. NO PRODUCT IS SAMSUNG CTV CZ 21 M16 ML COLOUR TV, purched date is 12th dec.2006 same date both product,
no my problem is that my max -650 is not playing properly i complain 3 time my delar SAMSUNG DIGITAL PLAZA but everytime thy assure me our expert will visite u today n if i asked to more they behaive me like i m not there custemoer why is this is behaveir to with your custmoer now i m really very sad to say u that i[censored] not take any nessecery action about my complain then i will complain to CONSUMER FORAM about the product,
