There was an offer for Diwali on Samsung Microwave Ovens. On 22.10.2011 we purchased one at Mega Shoppe ay Vijayawada Andhra Pradesh. On the same day the TurnTable got broke and I lodged a complaint with the same dealer that when some one would come for a demo, he would bring the broken part also so that I can pay for the same. The complaint was forwarded to the Samsung dealer at TAnuku in West Godawari District as I reside near by. One Mr Rajasekhar[protected] gave a call and stated that the part was booked and he would send a person for demo on 25.10.2011.
Till today that is even after 13 days of my purchasing the Oven it has not been installed nor has some one approached to give a demo. Iam continuosly in touch with RAjasekhar at Tanuku but the problem is not getting resolved.
Such a big company and is this the pathetic service they provide? Iam simly fed up calling every one at Samsung dealer store at Tanuku and no one can help me.
Diwali is through and Bakrid is also coming I wonder when my problem gets resolved Or maybe I have to approach the consumer forum. Was this information helpful? |
