I have purchased Samsung Star DUOS which is troubling a lot, Generally it gets struck whenever incoming call is received we can not attend as the botton gets jammed till the ring is off. The calls get disconnected while speech is progress giving wide scope for misunderstanding. Please help me to whom to contact.

I have bought a Samsung Star DUOS mobile which is troubling me, suddenly it gets struck while speaking and the speech is not clear. Some times it gets automatically switched off. Please let me know what to do.
