I have purchased sum sung mobile SGH-M-620 on[protected] after 22 days i have suffering problem with mobile my mobile is discharged after 3 to 4 hours.I have already two times visited to sum sung service center and they have change the battery but problem is still continue. And i have inform to your customer care more than 10 times but nobody properly reply every time he was asked me go to our service center please look the matter i have frosted with samsung support system and your product please sort out my problem other wise. Dear sir,This is prashant fernando..........i am baught samsung 322 mobile on October 2011.
that time i am inserted 2gb microchip to this mobile. but mobile's music player not open.
& mobile get vibration mode.still date i am replace 2 micro ships
so kindly gave me the good suggestion for this issue
