[Resolved] Samsung Mobile — Complaint against Samsung SCH-W619 | |
Hi, With the deep regret I have to state that Samsung does not care or bother about their customers. There is no such customer support system in Samsung. As per below mentioned reply by customer satisfaction team, none of the representative have contacted us to resolve our issue. Top of that Sahil Info Tech does not have any satisfactory answer to give to customers. The workorder is raised from 13th Aug and today is 14th October. It is very painful to understand the Samsung is so careless that they cannot resolve the issue for 2 months. I and my wife have visited 10 to 15 times to below service center but every time we have got one or other stories with false promise that the handset would be ready within next 5 to 7 days. But all this 5 to 7 days has never come to end.Fail to understand that you do not follow any system that have turn around time and if it is over somebody senior in your company takes personal interest to resolve the same. Even the staff appointed are not bothered to answer the query raised by customer. Customer care incharge of said service center has never able to resolve the issue. Also the escalation office Mr Sandeep Bhatt with contact no. [protected] (printed on notice board for customer to raise concerns of customer) does not bother to answer the phone of working days nor is he present at office. The gentleman than gets annoyed when customer like me calls him on Sunday. Finally today I have received the commitment that on Friday i.e. 16th October the handset would be ready, but I do not trust that also. I know that this entire feedback of mine would go into vein but I still wanted to give feedback to so called Samsung customer satisfaction team if they really have little care about their customer that kindly resolve the issue and revert on below mentioned contact no.. Once again I am stating the issues faced in my handset GSM and CDMA network does not work together either of them has to be disable since 3 months of activation Bluetooth connectivity has not worked from day of purchase LCD not working when the sliding was done Was this information helpful? | |
