I have Purchased one Mobile set under the scheme of assure Rs.200 cash back voucher on dated 30.06.2009 from your The Mobile store limited Shop no 11 & 12 amarpali circle jaipur

I have won Rs.250 cash back offer in scratch card.The same was send to your noida office but till now there are no response.

I am continuatioly following up with your vaishali nagar shop no 11 & 12,There are not replying properly nor able to provided cash gift of Rs.250
