Dear Sir, I am feeling very regret to certified you the most cheater company in whole India. If you will see my concern carefully that is still not resolved despite of this you guys are passing out my concern to ASC to solve… who had cheated with lot of people . Again you guys added reference of our telephonic discussion and advised to your ASC to manage it. What do you mean by this sentence, Now I am little afraid to hear about. Doesn’t it mean that you guys are warned me if I got met with something wrong happening. It might be another way to shut customer’s concern. Than sorry, Please be sure I am not like that…. I need only solution either from you or consumer forum. Are the SAMSUNG higher authorities handicapped ???? So they look forwarded to ASC for customer satisfaction.
