i myself shoeb murad.contact no.[protected].email id; [protected]@yahoo.com have purchase galaxy y mobile on 11/11/2011.Within few days only there started complain of out going calls not responding in my handsets.when i contact above adressed service center,they explained it is manufacturing fault which will be resume by formating handset.but in this proccess my writing keypad in message counter started displaying numerical digits instead of alphabets.but for resolving this problem service center did not have software,so they told me to come after 20 days.i went back on 25th jan bt again they excused that 2day software is working very slow so come 2morrow so i went on 26th afternoon they again excused that due to govt holiday service center is close for half day.than i went again with lot of hopes,they took the complain again put on formate,by which all my saved documents again wash out,since than my mobile is not at all working properly.handset hangs itself,no pages can be opened,all calls goes fake and when i went back on 2nd feb. to mr abdul the owner he checked the mobile,put master reset and told me that it was virus in it.bt after that also the problem was not solved,neither i m using internet nor some duplicate sd card.so i demanded for new handset ,bt they started behaving as if they r the owners and myself culprite.
so kindly request to check out the issue,ask ur dealer for creating bad impression and do justify resolving my problem.otherwise i will go in court ,,,,,,,,thanking u Was this information helpful? |
