[Resolved]  Samsung Mobile / Gt - I9003 — mobile touch screen is not working

I bought samsung mobile handset model GT-I9003 last year on 10/July/2011.
Exactly after one year , screen touch is not working. I restarted the mobile several times. Then the touch was working.
But again now the touch is not working..
If the product of worth 20,000/- made to work only 1 year, then its waste of money..
Pls help me on this..

I BOUGHT SAMSUNG MOBILE MODEL-S523360 AND IMEI/RSN NO:[protected]
ON MARCH 2010 AT CROMA .T.NAGAR.CHENNAI.

NOW, MY TOUCH SCREEN IS NOT WORKING AND I GAVE IT TO SAMSUNG AUTHORISED DEALER:
HI-TECH SOLUTIONS, OLD NO. M9B, NEW NO 83,ANNA NAGAR -EAST CHENNAI 102

I WAS TOLD BY SERVICE CENTRE THAT I SHOULD HAVE WARANTY CARD OTHER WISE I HAVE TO PAY SOME AMOUNT.

I HAVE LOST MY WARANTY CARD AND BILL OF PURCHASE.
BASED ON IME NO WE CAN CHECK THE WARANTY PERIOD. BUT I AM SURPRISED TO NOTE
THAT SUCH FACILITY IS NOT AVAILABLE IN SAMSUNG.
I REQUESTYOU TO CHECK AND INFORM US. EVENTHOUGH WE ARE IN WARANTY PERIOD BUT
UNNECESSARILY WE HAVE TO PAY.

i have bought a Samsung Galaxy SL GT-I9003
i bought the the set bcoz it was in my budget and it has a LCD display.
being a loyal customer my first choice was Samsung for the Android device.
I presented my set 10 Times to the service center in the warranty period.
3 Times the display and the touch had d same problem and again after the expiry of the warranty the Touch is not working.
i guess its the time when i should rethink before buying any Samsung product.
i personally believe that Samsung only fixing the problem.
During my problem i hv found that that this set has a severe Touch problem.
if Samsung has any moral left or if they actually care for their customer then plz revert me on +91-[protected]
