DEAR SIR, I HAD PURCHASE SAMSUNG GLAXY S5670 ON 14/03/2011,AFTER A WEEK THERE WAS BATTERY BACK UP PROBLEM,THEN I VISITED SAMSUNG SERVICE CENTRE ON 28/03/11 AND THEY TOLD THAT THE HANDSET SOFTWARE NEED TO BE UPDATED. AFTER A FEW DAYS I GOT MY HANDSET,NOW I AM FACING A NEW PROBLEM THAT WHILE MAKING A CALL THE HANDSET HANG UP AND IT AUTOMATICALLY SWITCH OFF,IT HAPPENS EVERYDAY FOUR TO FIVE TIMES,AND AFTER THE SOFTWARE UPDATION THE BATTERY BACK UP IS VERY POOR.
