Respected sir,
I sir i am using samsung mobile from last 3 year.i have 3 handset for my whole family. because i like samsung before yesterday not now.
problem in handset is automattically restart after connecting to laptop. I am very happy to tell you that i have Laptop, refregerator, AC, Camera and Lcd all samsung product i am using. because i believe but not now. yesterday i go to Neeruv mobile samsung service centre in Boisar Dist Thane, Maharashtra. i give my new purchased handset Hero GT E 3213k which suport 3G to neeruv mobile service centre. he told me After install software you canot face the restartig problem again. i submit a copy of bill and Handset at 11.30 Am on Satur 17/12/2011. At- 2.45 pm i go to take handset they told me now Lunch time. After 3.30 Pm You get your Handset. I wait again 45 minute. At 3.30 they give return my handset without any servicing. to install software it takes 20 minit. Neeruv mobile Samsung service centre wasted my on day and 150 RS on petrol for that day. why Returned my handset?

please take necessary action and solve my problem.
