[Resolved] Samsung Mobile — Not Taking Any Action | |||
I am having a samsung phone Model (GT-S8530) its in warranty period. and i have a very minor problem in it, (volume key not working), i submitted it in samsung service center. and after three days they replied me that my phone have the problem of its mother board. n they return my phone with the following problem, Volume key not working, Vibration not working, Memory card slot not supporting. and they are saying that these all problem are due to mother board. n then i again submitted it to the same service center for changing the mother board, but they are replying me the same answer daily that we had ordered the board but its not coming by the company's end. i have submitted my phone on 11-sep-2012 and today is 20-sep-2012. and still i m getting the same answer. please take any action for my complaint asap.
