[Resolved] Samsung Mobile Phone — non availability of peripherals | |||
My samsung mobile handset model is touch screen S5233 & S/N RW9B254406N. Now the set is discomfort with touch mode and i went for repair at authorised samsung service centre thanjavur. there i was advised for new touch panel which will cost around rs.1220/-, and have to wait for 3 more days and asked me to pay rs. 1000/- in advance. but i paid rs.500/-., receipt of this amount they gave me rough written paper without any seal or signature. is it correct procedure? b.saravanabaskar thanjavur Was this information helpful? | |||
