[Resolved] Samsung Mobile Phone S5620 — No proper service in warranty period | |||
I have bought a brand new SAMSUNG mobile handset at POORVIKA Karaikal and the board is not proper within 2 months. the mobile is under warranty period and there is no proper response. POORVIKA has taken my mobile for service and they didnt serviced and gave back after a week without any improvement. They are using unparlimentary words too. Kindly help. POORVIKA persons told they have submitted my mobile at The Samsung Service centre in Tiruvarur . I have asked for the Job Card number but they didnt give it yet.
