[Resolved] Samsung Mobile SGH-C170 — Worst Product & Service | |
1. I purchased the following mobile 6 months back Model : SGH-C170 Sl No. RW1Q634696X Date of Purchase 12/11/2008 The quality of this product is very very poor. No mobile I have used has annoyed me as this cheap piece had. It used to restart “n” number of times for anything that I do. I almost stopped using it because it keep on restarting till the whole battery drains. 2. Instead of throwing the mobile, I thought I will get this fixed since it was still in warranty. But that was the biggest mistake I did. It was heavily crowded, which itself gave me the idea on your product quality. The service center is Hi-Tech solutions, Annanagar East, Chennai. The service centre people need some education in treating the CUSTOMERS with some respect. Particularly there was a fellow, who kept on shouting and giving sarcastic answers even to a senior citizen. He did not spare anyone regardless of their age or stature. He got the phone, checked and (after 20 minutes) said that software needs to be installed and it will take 5 working days. Even though I know that the time he gave is not at all realistic, I came out without even telling a single word just to avoid me getting beaten by his mouth. Good tactics by him I think. You can give him a reward for handling the customers in the most efficient way. Ok, keeping him aside, why the hell should a software installation take 5 days? Do you people write software each time?? It shouldn’t take more than an hour. If at all you are going to debug the phone software and find the problem and then fix, it should not take 5 days. I’m 100% sure that your so called service centre is not going to do that job which requires some brains. I was to go for one expensive product of SAMSUNG which I have dropped. I’ll better find something else at least for the reason that I don’t want to come to your service centre. So, this phone is the first and last product of SAMSUNG that I’m going to use. Don’t think that I’m just one customer lost…I do share my experience to my colleagues, friends and blog it. Just by spending Rs.2000 I’ve evaluated your multi million dollar company..worst product quality and pathetic customer care. When I went to collect the mobile, after 5 days, it still had problem and the problem is never rectified at all. And the service center genius are saying that it will take another 25 days. Why the hell should I wait when the defect is with the product. This is the worst product and service I have ever seen. Why the hell you people are running a company if you are not able to get right a cheapest mobile. How can you handle the so called LED TVs are anything that you claim that you are the first. I'm thinking of going to consumer court even if it cost me in lakhs. I've paid my hard earned money and I have all the rights to have a working product. Was this information helpful? | |
