[Resolved]  Samsung Mobile Sgh I450 — this is my second complaint,yet no results?????

this is the second time i m making a complaint, i thought that atleast making a complaint wil help me out...but this has given me lost hopes, my last complaint was on 18 sept. 2008, i had specified the address of the service center as well as my work order no., i repeat it for your convenience.the address is SHARP TELECOM, office no. 13, 14, 15, shanti complex, narpatgiri chowk, mangalwar peth, pune-411011.my work order is 10001.
it is really very harrasing, as past one month i am without a handset.is this really the output of the company???????????because if they are taking more than 1 month for a single handset i wonder that these people will keep it for years...

I hereby requested to u I m the permanent customer of Samsung Mobile. we were using conti. Samsung sets in all our family. In few months ago means
I m purchased 1 set of Samsung C170 dated 03/09/2008 with Serial no.[protected] from local dealer(Bathinda) with a full proof Bill. After a month it was started hanged again and again then I was come backed for dealer regular trice time (three time ) . he was repaired little bit again and again but problem is same and conti.
And now I was reached on the shop of dealer at Bathinda and he take a set from me given a complaint no.09A16W04 dated 16.01.2009. with a contact person[protected]Bathinda). And he asked me we were Given ur set at Ludhiana .
In due to period from purchased a set to till today I was so harassed . My family was asked me company goodwill little bit going to downfall conti. But I was not believed
On them . My faith is stay on Samsung Mobile Company and will be conti.
So I Requested to u Plz will ask to ur Punjab Dealer o[censored]r Company to Replaced me a new set in place of defective set. Plz sir I will be waiting o[censored]r Ans. And I think u r read my mailed and give me positive response for me .

I had purchased a set of SGH i450 about 8months before and now i am having a problem of loose connection of Headset/Charger plugin. I had already been to the service center of Kolkata City Center but they were telling that i have to change the whole chip cost about Rs 4000 . I think my that it should not be more than 100's coz its just the problem in plugin .So i will be pleased if you kindly let me know about the actual cost n best solution of my problem

Hello All,

I had brought a Samsung OmniaW mobile (IEMI - [protected]) on 04th March 2012. Speaker of the Phone is not working from last more than 1 month. I have submitted my Phone at Samsung Service Center, Nehru Place, New Delhi for repair.

I got call from service center that they have found moisture in phone, however that was not detected by the technician when he collected the phone, even though I am surprised that how come the moisture has came.

After that I have escalate my case to Samsung Support team (complaint no is [protected]) and several communication mails have been exchange but still struggling in getting the problem fix.

Please help me to fix this issue as soon as possible.
